So, who are we?
We are a small, locally owned business run by a team of 4 happy, dedicated, experienced and committed ladies! Just because there are only 4 of us does not mean we are any less capable of filling your vacancies on a larger scale, we always rise to a challenge!
What do we do?
We successfully fill vacancies in a range of sectors and geographical areas on both a temporary or permanent basis using the best mix of tradition meets technology.
How do we do this?
Using preferred selections of social media, job boards, advertising and search and selection methods that enable us to source the most suitable candidates. This is backed up with face to face interviews, skills testing, reference checking, a range of optional extras as well as the old fashioned gut feeling!
Why use us?
Our guarantee to you, our customers, is that if we fail to succeed in filling your permanent vacancies then you don’t pay. We can’t really offer a greater guarantee than that! As well as that, we really are a dedicated bunch of recruiters who genuinely want to succeed and failure isn’t a word in our vocabulary!
