Job role: Permanents Consultant, covering the lovely Kathryn’s maternity leave until next July.

Home life:  I live in Coningsby with my parents after working in Thailand for 2 years.

Special skills: Good at remembering people’s birthdays and random things that happened years ago.

Food heaven: Lobster, salad cream on toast and any dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Food hell: All types of melon!!!!!

Furry friends: None, I don’t have time to take care of any at the moment!

Favourite quote: A day without laughter is a day wasted.

Describe a typical week day: Being a newbie to the team, I’m still trying to figure out what my typical week day is, but it always starts with a good, strong cuppa (milk, no sugar and milk last) to get me going with whatever the tasks are for the day.

What did you want to be when you grew up: Air hostess until I realised the lifestyle isn’t as glam as what the TV made it out to be!

How do you think people describe you: Organised, patient, caring, good listener, dependable and direct – my facial expressions never hide my true feelings!

What advice would you give your younger self: Everything will always work out if you put the effort in, so don’t worry and just enjoy!

Shh, it’s a secret: My parents are from Hong Kong, so I speak Cantonese at home and get called by my Chinese name Kit Wah.
