-You do not pay a penny unless we have successfully filled your permanent vacancy and we take that much pride in our work, we offer a 16 week rebate on all permanent jobs filled and offer a free of charge replacement within the first 4 weeks.

-Should your temporary member of staff not be deemed suitable, then we will arrange a replacement immediately

Our temporary recruitment service guarantees to offer you the flexibility to have an experienced worker who can support you during busy periods who you can work with you for as long as you need them! We guarantee a fast, efficient and effective service. We meet all our candidates as well as skills test, reference, eligibility check, payroll them and our charges include all associated employee costs. All you need to do is ensure that they are welcomed and looked after!

Recruiting new staff is time-consuming, extremely costly and generates considerable administration. So our permanent recruitment service is designed to take all the pressure away. Working in close partnership with our Clients, we take complete responsibility for the following:

  • Advertising (using a range of major job sites)
  • Search and selection (using our own database and internet CV databases)
  • Personality profiling/psychometric testing
  • Verify eligibility to work in the UK, referencing and ID checking
  • CV submission
  • Arranging interviews, offers and rejections
  • We also offer HR and payroll services as a further way to support our clients

We also offer temporary to permanent recruitment. This is fast becoming the recruitment method of choice allowing both parties that luxury of trying one another out, before committing. It is, therefore, cost-effective and reduces the risk of costly ineffective recruitment.
