How much will a Temp cost?
Initially, nothing.
Until our candidate has commenced an assignment for you there is no charge for our service. After that you will be billed on an hourly rate basis. We will take care of NI & holiday/sick pay, leaving you .... free to work on your business.
How do I know you will send me the right Temp for the job?
Because it is in our interest to get it right first time, that is why we have very strict candidate testing and referencing procedures, which are carried out before any introduction.
What happens if the Temp doesn’t work out?
Because of our strict procedures, this event is very unlikely, however, provided we have been informed as soon as a problem is identified, we will do all we can to resolve any difficulties and keep you, the client happy.
How much will a Permanent Candidate cost?
Again, initially nothing.
Until our candidate has commenced their employment with you, there is no charge for our service. Only on their first day will you be invoiced for the full amount, (plus VAT) payable with 30 days.
How long will the Permanent process take?
For most Permanent vacancies we can send you CVs within the hour. Subsequent interviews will be arranged to suit your time-scale.
Will I be charged for Search & Selection and referencing process?
No, not at all.
This is part of our client commitment to you and also part of our standard business procedure.
What happens if the Permanent candidate doesn’t work out?
Again because of our very strict procedures and our careful matching practice, this is very unlikely to happen. Should this prove to be the case, however, we offer a 16-week sliding scale percentage rebate. In some instances we will search again at a reduced rate. We are the only agency locally to offer this added client benefit .
